During sales, festive seasons, or new launches, processing time may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you informed.
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and tracking details.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Metro cities may receive deliveries faster, while remote or rural areas might take a bit longer.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, or local restrictions).

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
For orders below ₹999, a small shipping fee will be added at checkout.
Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed before you confirm payment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking link.
You can use this link anytime to check your delivery status.

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout.
D’velour is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
