We do not accept returns. 

However, if you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you are eligible for an exchange.

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

The product must be unused, with original packaging and tags intact.

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange for the correct item at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the request is made after 48 hours or if the product shows signs of use.

Refund Policy

At Dvelour, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of cloths and hygiene reasons, we do not offer refunds on any purchases.

Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

If you receive a damaged product that cannot be replaced.

If you receive the wrong item and the correct replacement is unavailable.

If your order is cancelled by us due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and product images.

Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect..

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
