1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Returns: We offer refunds only for items that are damaged, defective, or have a manufacturing flaw, provided a video recording is made at the time of package opening to document the issue.

Replacements: We accept replacements if the item received does not fit as expected (size issue). Please note, for replacements due to size, you will be responsible for the shipping charges to return the product.

Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return or replacement, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as innerwear, accessories, sale items, or customized products are not eligible for returns due to hygiene and sale conditions.

Video Requirement: If your item is defective or damaged, please ensure to record a video at the time of opening the package to capture the condition of the product and packaging. This helps us quickly resolve your issue.

Return Shipping for Replacements: If you're requesting a replacement for a size issue, you will be responsible for return shipping. We'll assist you with the return address and shipping instructions.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refund Approval: If the return is approved (for damaged, defective, or incorrect products), refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
