1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

To be eligible, you must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that certain items (such as innerwear, accessories, or discounted items) may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or sale conditions.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or guide you on how to send the item back to us.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for size issues or defective products (subject to availability).
If the same item is not available, we will issue a refund or store credit as per your preference.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:
